READ THIS!!! If this happens I am so there. I don’t care if I have to spend hundreds of dollars and sleep in my car…especially if they get some of the original Woodstock lineup to play again!
I have always felt like I was born too late and that I missed the boat on all of the things I truly enjoy: original Rolling Stone, constant good music, people who don’t suck, freedom from worry, Woodstock ’69, etc…
There are so many artists that I love and wish I had the chance to see live, like Janis Joplin, The Doors, Grateful Dead (with Jerry), and Led Zeppelin (though, this could still happen if Robert Plant would get his lips off of Alison Krauss’ ass for 30 seconds).
I am praying to the Hopi Kokopelli that there is a Woodstock ’09. August 16-17, in New York–You can bet that if this happens I am there. Who wants to come with?
